► 50% of the payment will be due upfront; large houses will require an additional, non-refundable deposit.
► housing package pricing does not include furniture, crafting, or gathering. furniture packages are priced separately.
► a brief, detailed consultation may be necessary to discuss themes or direction.
► once work has begun i ask that you and your friends please not move anything around. you can store things to be used but please refrain from moving things.
► i will not assume liability if your overall theme is disrupted or ruined due to someone else altering the arrangement of items within the home.
► furnishings, dyes, etc. are to be provided. if they are not, please see the secondary table named furnishing packages for pricing to procure. (pricing ONLY includes if an item is being bought not made.)
► if a crafter/gatherer must be hired for something, you will need to pay for their time and labor separately.
► as an aside, i do not glitch. i prefer to use traditional methods to decorate a house.
► photos will be taken of your house for my portfolio. all identifying information will be withheld unless otherwise permitted.
► all communication will be documented in and out of game for the benefit of both parties involved.
►due to an incident of non-payment on Sargatanas, any commissions must come at the personal recommendation of Hide FC, and full housing package MUST BE PAID 100% UPFRONT. no exceptions. I apologize for any inconvenience this will cause.
